What is the cost of a birthday party?
The base price is $300 for a one-hour visit, and there is a surcharge of $15 per mile for every mile between 20 and 40 miles from the center of Lemont, IL.
How many children can be on the Fitness Fun Bus at a time?
Our parties are designed for up to 12 children. We charge $10 per child over that limit.
Can I reserve the Fitness Fun Bus for more than one hour? If so, how?
Yes, you can, but we don't usually recommend it. An hour on the bus is ideal for our age group, offering a
good balance of enjoyment without exhausting the kids. If you want more time, contact our office to check
availability for an extension.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes, a payment of half the total cost is due within 72 hours of booking, and the remaining half is due on the
day of the party.
Is my deposit refundable if I have to cancel?
All deposits are non-refundable. If you need to change the date of your party, we are happy to apply the
deposit to the new party date, with a $50 change of date fee deducted.
Are there any special requirements for parking the Fitness Fun Bus?
Yes, we require a relatively flat parking space. As a full-size school bus, we are 40 feet long, so we need a
substantial amount of space. Parking space for the bus must be guaranteed, and a length of 40 feet
(equivalent to four parking spaces) is needed. Additionally, the parked bus cannot obstruct traffic flow on
the street, so the street must be wide enough to allow other vehicles to pass by.
Are there organized activities on the bus, or do parents have to supervise?
Yes! Our Fitness Fun Bus Instructors have a variety of games and activities for the kids to enjoy while on
the bus. These activities will be adjusted based on ages and interests.
